Does the trip include Airfare?
Unfortunately, none of our packages include airfare. We are currently working with several British partners who will be able to offer airfare to London in 2012. We suggest using online sites such as www.kayak.com or www.hipmunk.com in the meantime or by contacting airfare@ludustours.com.
What’s the cancellation policy? Are there refunds?
Since we are less than a year away from the 2012 Summer Games, all sales are final and no refunds will be given under any circumstance.
Where can I get Olympic tickets?
Ordering tickets depends on which country you live in. Every region has its own ticketing process. We are not a ticket company. Upon request, we may be able to assist guests with their tickets needs, but we suggest that you try using your country's Official Ticket Company and for the USA, it is Co Sport. Why go with Ludus?
Ludus offers a fun and practical way to experience the Games in London. We are not your typical tour company. We hate tour buses and you won't catch us leading groups of people around with umbrellas. We offer affordable alternatives to the Summer Games.
What is a Ludus Tour and what should I expect?
Ludus Tours offers a young and energetic staff. You're more likely to walk and use public transportation than you are to be on a double-decker tourist bus.
Does your company offer London add-ons (i.e. pre and post Games trips to Ireland, Paris, etc.)?

Approximately 10,500 athletes are expected to participate in the Games.
What is the Official Currency in the U.K.? What form of payment should I expect to use in London?
Great British Pound, also called a sterling pound.
Each pound (£) is made up of 100 pence (p).
Coins: 1p, 2p, 5p, 10p, 20p, 50p, 1£ and 2£.
Bank notes: 5£, 10£, 20£, and 50£.
Credit cards: credit card machines are available at many places like the large shopping malls or large restaurants in London. However, cash is what is accepted at the small stores and restaurants.
What is the weather typically like in London during the Summer?
July and August are the warmest months, but also the wettest! With highs in the 70’s, you can expect to wear shorts on some days. But be prepared for showers. Bring your umbrella and your sunglasses!
Which Common Items are found in the bathrooms at most hotels?
The hotels in London usually provide you with disposable toiletries, slippers, bath towels and sanitary articles. They are very standard in terms of Western Hotels. Most hotels will have a laundry service as well!
